Akwai wasu kayan sha da abinci da ke taimakawa wajen ƙara kuzari, inganta jini a jiki da kuma taimaka wa mace ta kasance cikin ƙoshin lafiya da natsuwa, wanda hakan kan iya inganta jin daɗi a rayuwar aure.

1. Ruwan zuma da ruwan ɗumi
