A wasu lokuta, ma’aurata na fuskantar ƙalubale a rayuwar aurensu wanda ba a cika magana a kai ba.

Daga cikin irin waɗannan matsaloli akwai:

Bushewar gaba a wajen mace

Rashin jin daɗi yayin saduwa

Jin zafi ga ɗaya ko duka ma’auratan

Wannan matsala ba ƙarama ba ce, domin tana iya shafar soyayya da fahimtar juna tsakanin ma’aurata, har ma ta janyo rashin gamsuwa a zaman aure.


Abubuwan da ya kamata ku sani

Yana da muhimmanci ma’aurata su fahimci cewa:

Na farko, mace tana buƙatar lokaci da kulawa kafin fara saduwa.

Gaggawa na iya janyo rashin danshi, wanda hakan kan haifar da ciwo da rashin jin daɗi.

Na biyu, rashin danshi ba wai kawai yana damun mace ba ne, har ma yana iya janyo rashin jin daɗi ga namiji.

Ƙara jin daɗi ga mace

Rage bushewar gaba

Sauƙaƙa mu’amala tsakanin ma’aurata

Sai dai yana da muhimmanci a tabbatar an samu magani daga wurin da ya dace kuma abin dogaro.


Zaman aure yana buƙatar fahimta, haƙuri, da kulawa tsakanin ma’aurata.
